Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services sold by ZlRCO UNLIMITED FZ-LLC (licence number 46000797, 45008108, 17004864, RAKEZ, United Arab Emirates). All refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original currency, within 5–10 business days of approval.

1. Single sessions (2,100 AED)

  • Rescheduling: free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: full refund, or credit towards a future session — your choice.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the session fee is due in full and is not refundable.
  • If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative time: full refund.

2. Consulting packages (10,500 AED)

  • Before the first session: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • After the engagement has started: a partial refund of the unused portion. Sessions already delivered (and the audit, once delivered) are charged at the standard single-session rate of 2,100 AED each; the remainder is refunded.
  • Individual sessions within a package follow the same 24-hour rescheduling rule as single sessions. A session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice counts as delivered.
  • Packages expire six months after purchase; unused sessions after expiry are not refundable.

3. Monthly retainer (20,100 AED / month)

  • The retainer renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing date. No further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.
  • Fees for the current, already-billed month are not refundable once the month has started, except as required by law.
  • If we terminate the retainer without cause, the unused portion of the current month is refunded pro rata.

4. How to cancel or request a refund

Email contact@icom-unlimited.com from the email address used at purchase, stating your name, the service purchased and the date of purchase. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days.

5. Exceptional circumstances

Genuine emergencies happen. If you miss a session due to a documented emergency, contact us and we will do our best to reschedule without charge. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
